Dear Mr. Bennett:
I wanted to take a moment, before I leave Florida to express my appreciation and admiration for specific members of your team. As you know, we have completed a bathroom remodel–including moving walls–to ensure the safety of my wheelchair-bound father, who has advanced MS. He had fallen in his old bathroom several times. With his condition, we also wanted to do everything we could to allow him to remain at home for as long as possible.

I had to phone interview several contractors as I planned this project from Minneapolis. Steve made a great impression; what amazed me was his willingness to take time and provide me with very helpful information that I would need regardless of the contractor I chose. When I met Chris Gibbons and Daryl at our home, their professionalism and knowledge blew me away. I had face-to-face interviews with three other companies, and none seemed as hungry for the job and as committed to doing it the right way as Chris and Daryl. We made the decision to go with Rebath at that time. Chris was very thorough and always followed up with me as we continued to plan the job and estimate the cost; she was also very patient as I had to put the project on the back burner when my father started to have serious health problems. Yet she was ready with a completed, detailed contract when we decided to pull the trigger and start.

Our main installers, Chris and Gary, were absolutely fantastic. Their wide range of knowledge, skills and ability to quickly solve problems as they found them were–and I do not say this lightly–stunning. Despite their long daily drive to us, they were always pleasant when they arrived and had great attitudes every single day. I was working on fixing other things in the house, and Chris even gave me some advice and even let me use a few of his tools. I couldn’t believe how exacting they were–especially Chris. They were not satisfied with “good enough” like most contractors–it had to be perfect, down to the last detail. Chris and Gary asked me questions throughout the project to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were also extremely kind and respectful to my parents. Despite all the banging, we really enjoyed having them working here for the past few weeks.

Although there were complications with permitting–entirely avoidable had Matt Santini (the GC assigned to us) been more capable and professional–I have to say that the job went much more smoothly than I anticipated, especially since my parents live in an older manufactured home. Chris was very thorough in ensuring that everything was reinforced so that I would have zero concerns about my father putting serious pressure on the grab bars and wall-mounted sink, which was extremely important to me. Throughout the project, Chris asked very good questions about my father’s physical ability and the way in which we anticipated him moving around the bathroom, then built the room and installed the fixtures with these things in mind. Unless you live with a disabled person, you have no idea how important it is for them to feel safe and secure when transferring from their chair to the toilet or shower. The result was a bathroom Dad feels safe in and enjoys using very much.

I would–and have–recommend Rebath of Tampa Bay to anyone in the area. I tell them to request Chris Gibbons as their consultant and Chris & Gary as their installers, so I hope you keep that “dream team” very happy so they can continue to make amazing transformations. My parents are absolutely thrilled, as am I.

November 7, 2007: Dear Mam/Sir: I just wanted to take a minute to let you know that we are very happy with the work rebath did in our home. The shower area was small and we thought that we would just have to live with it. Then at a home show we saw the Re-Bath display and thought of the possibilities. The sales person came and gave us options. He was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. We were looking forward to the bath. In the past I have had work done and there were things that were just not right. The person would a job but just not take the time to do a great job. Mark Craig showed up to take care of our bath. I want to say that it was a real pleasure to have Mark do the work here. He was always polite and concerned with every issue. He made every effort to make sure that we were totally satisfied with the work he was doing. Mark took the time to answer any questions during the job. 01/25/2008: Dear Staff: My installation was scheduled for 01/25/2008 which happened to be my birthday. What a present your product proved to be! Words can not express how I feel about my new bathroom. The final outcome was more than I anticipated. Mark & Nick turned a 2 day job into 1 making my wait time to use my new shower even short. Their skill at what they do is awesome! I got the best when you sent them to do my job. Thank you guys! Your product is remarkable. It looks just like tile but to know I will never have to deal with mold and mildew again(with little work on my part) made my decision to go with your product and easy decision. The other reason was the amount of time needed to do the job. With one bathroom, I couldn’t be without it for more than a couple days. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Lenny and Re-Bath for our new and improved shower! What a timely blessing and lesson it was for me. I had been fretting over not being able to use the shower for the last 3 months and just didn’t see how we were going to get it fixed before my folks came to visit. Oh me of little faith!!!
